RATES

The unit holds a maximum of 4 People

RESERVATIONS:  A $200 deposit is due within 15 days of making a reservation.  The remaining balance is payable in full 45 days prior to arrival.  (There will be a $30 charge for returned checks.)  In addition, an $80 cleaning fee and a $200 security deposit is required prior to check-in.  If no excess cleaning or damage repair is required, the security deposit will be returned/refunded to you by mail promptly after you check out.

CANCELLATIONS:  Cancellations prior to full payment, $100 administrative cost will be charged; remainder will be refunded.  Cancellations less than 45 days before arrival, no refund unless the unit can be re-rented, and then a $200 administrative cost will be charged.
